Yogurt: The Official Food of Women

Hilarious.
Yogurt: “it’s substitute for human experience good.” There is nothing wrong with yogurt as a product, if you like to eat it, but there is something so very, very wrong with yogurt marketing. And marketing food as medicine. And all other marketing aimed at women. But for now, yogurt ads. And if you forget everything this video has to teach you, just remember this: Yogurt eaters come from every race, but just one socio-economic class. The class that wears grey hoodies. It’s that ‘I have a Master’s but then I got married’ look.” Hilarious.

Oh god I hate those yogurt ads. WTF is it with marketing food at women as if that food had a moral standpoint and a medicinal quality to it. Its just calories and nutrients, and american yogurt is just calories, high fructose corn syrup, and food additives.
I have a grey hoodie. And I always eat yogurt with my BFF, while we compare eating it to life’s most sensual pleasures. And yogurt ALWAYS wins, because in moral america, a woman can only be happy if she is being virtuous, and eating yogurt is a virtue.

I eat regular full-fat yogurt all the time. It goes great in Mediterranean and Indian dishes, and actually has a lot of calories compared to other foods I eat as a vegetarian. It’s not sweet at all, and in fact tastes a lot like sour cream. Needless to say, I am not eating the same yogurt these people are. But I still get “WTF?” looks from people whenever they come over to my house, because yogurt has been branded so relentlessly as a weight-loss tool for women.
And for the record, I do not and never have owned a grey hoodie.
